Design and Development
This position requires a minimum of two to four years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job responsibilities. This position requires a valid driver’s license.
The following certifications are preferred: Instructional Designer Certificate, Test Design and Delivery Certificate, Train-the-Trainer Certificate, the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), or
Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) designation.
