    The Analyst II/ Business Technology Support is in individual contributor within the Business Technology Support department.  This position is responsible for the daily monitoring of segregation of duties violations, weekly monitoring of key configuration changes in Oracle’s E-Business Suite (EBS), compiling reports for management’s review, serving as the single point of contact for all internal and external audit inquires, and provide ongoing support and administration of Oracle’s Advanced Controls modules.  This position frequently interacts with various EBS business process owners to support automated Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls while continuously analyzing current business control processes and related policies and procedures to promote effective controls and standardization across the organization.


    • Responsible for gathering, compiling, and developing business process requirements from business units.
    • Gains appropriate knowledge of the business processes and organization in the areas being supported.
    • Develops data access requirements for internal and external auditors.
    • Aids in development of ad hoc queries and analyses using SQL or OBIEE Answers.
    • Works with business departments and acts as a liaison between technical departments.
    • Ensures industry best practices are followed.
    • Reports, logs, and manages functional issues via Oracle support for the Advanced Controls modules.
    • Performs functional testing of the Advanced Controls modules following system and application enhancements, upgrades and patches to validate system integrity and functionality.
    • Assists management with developing responses to requests from internal and external audit.
    • Provide clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication and documentation.
    • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    This position requires two to four years of relevant work experience and the individual should also demonstrate the following qualifications:

    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both speech and writing
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with colleagues
    • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple assignments



    • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
    • Basic understanding of SQL
    • Basic understanding of OBIEE BI Answers or other comparable reporting tools
    • Basic understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite or comparable ERP Suites
    • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
