There are clear precedents and practices that the incumbent uses as guidelines to perform this job. This position requires seven to ten years of relevant work experience in the utility industry plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field and prior supervisory experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job responsibilities. Substantive experience with contracts and building customer relations required.
Degrees in engineering and business management plus professional designations (CEM, CEA, PE or similar) are preferred. Experience in key customer management preferred.
